V2 Affiliate Program Terms of Service

By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree to abide by
these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully as they outline your legal
rights and obligations with respect to your participation in the program.

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed
application via our website. We reserve the right to reject any application for
any reason, at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Obligations and Compliance

As an affiliate, you agree to promote our products/services
in a manner that is ethical and complies with all applicable laws and
regulations. You should maintain the highest standards of professionalism,
avoiding any deceptive practices.

3. Commission Rates

Affiliates will earn a commission rate of 40% for each new
customer referred through the affiliate's unique tracking link. Commissions are
only paid on sales that are verified and not refunded.

4. Payment

Commissions are paid monthly, provided the affiliate has
reached the minimum payout threshold. It is the affiliate's responsibility to
ensure their payment details are correct and up-to-date.

5. Intellectual Property

Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable right to use our trademarks and marketing materials solely for the
purpose of promoting our products/services. All intellectual property rights
remain with us, and you must cease use upon request or termination of your
affiliate status.

6. Term and Termination

The term of this Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of
your affiliate application and will end when terminated by either party. Either
you or we may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by
giving the other party written notice of termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or
consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data arising in
connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been
advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Miscellaneous

By signing up for our Affiliate Program, you acknowledge
that you have read, understand, and agree with these terms and conditions. This
Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of New
York, NY.
